Dispite changing the paper quality and thickness on the printer options and following instructions on-line, ,y officejet pro 8100 refuses to accept cardstock paper and says it is out of paper. On my now dead Phaser, cardstock was fed through another paper feed for thicker paper but I do not see that option on the 8100. It says it can take different kinds of papers and envelopes through the primary paper drawer but it does not. How do i get around this problem?
