D2360 Will Not Print All of Page (Deskjet D2300 series)

For about a a month now, our HP Deskjet D2360 hasnt been printing properly. It prints about 1/8 of the page on the top, and 1/8 of the page on the bottom of the sheet. Before this problem we had trouble getting it to print at all, but I think we fixed that. What can we do to resolve this partial-printing problem? Thank you!
