I have an HP Officejet 6500A Plus connected to a Windows 7 laptop.
I am trying to print full frame 4x6in photos to fit frames we received as a recent gift. I select 4x6in paper in print setup (without the tab) and select borderless (under Advanced) but it always prints 8mm of white space at the bottom of the photo, presumably to allow for the tear-off tab. If I cut off the white strip it is now too small for the frames.
How can I force the drivers to stop allowing for the tab? I assumed it would only do this if I selected 4x6in (tab) which is not the case.
I have tried four different printing applications - the most recent being photoscape.
