I have a hp photosmart 5512 all in one printer and the ink carriage is stuck to extreme right of printer. I checked cartridge clearance and for paper blockage. I was wondering how to remove the plastic cover to the inside components so I can get a closer look. I have removed all torx screws and it seems to not want to come off in the front of the printer, specifically the touch screen. Help Much appreciated ASAP
