When I installed a new black cartridge ( 564XL ) on my HP6510 All-in-One e-printer, all my printing comes out in very weak colors. I have cleaned the printerhead, and when I run the Cartridge Alignment function on the display, I get a report that says "Alignment Failed. Cartridges are not calibrated for best print quality."
Can I correct that (the calibration)?
On my "Connected" HP site I get a "warning triangle." When I click on it it reads "An unspecified print problem. See panel on front to solve problem." But there is nothing on the front panel that indicated what it is.
It is a problem that started 'out of the blue' after a long time of perfect printing. I have taken out the cartridge and inserted it again (heard the 'click') but that doesn't help.
I'm lost.
