I am having a problem printing from my desktop (running Windows Vista) to the printer.
I have updated all drivers, etc., but when I try to print (even a test page), I receive the following error message:
"Thunking spooler APIS from 32 to 64 Process has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Close program."
I had this problem happen years ago, but can't remember how I fixed it. Is is possible that the ink in the cartridges had dried up and that's why it's not printing? (I installed new cartridges approximately 2 or 3 months ago and they show up as being almost full).
Help! This is extremely frustrating! :smileymad:
Thanks,
Letylocks
