Cannot supress a fax in the queue of HP Officejet J4550. Cannot print anymore

Hi,

I tried to send a fax from my Officejet J4550 which was working perfectly fine before.  I was not succesfull in sending the fax from the HP solution Center.

I see a document in the fax queue but cannot suspebd/remove it.  Now I cannot print on this printer.  

How can I fix this?

help please !!
