8600 Pro extra copy in the print queue

I have an 8600 pro used wirelessly by two Windows 7 computurs. I have multiple user accounts on each computer (mine plus my three kids). When one of them switches user accounts, leaving my account logged in, and prints a document from their account, a copy of that document gets stuck in the print queue. We can't print anymore until the print queue is flushed, either manually (delete document and restart the print spooler) or the PC is restarted.

This doesn't happen if only one user account is logged into. In other words, if they log out of my account and log into theirs, the print queue works fine.

I've searched these forums and google but can't find any reports similar to this.
