My Deskjet Advantage All in One has stopped connecting to my MACBOOK PRO; I am currently running OS X 10.9.1
The printer was working perfectly for wireless printing, eprinting and scanning. I hadn't used the printed in a couple of weeks and when I went to print a document, there was no reaction from the printer. I ran a status report which read ready with an active ip address. I have no idea where to start troubleshooting because the wireless light is on the printer and it says it is connected to the network. I had reset the printing options on my macbook and attempted to reinstall the printer, but my macbook can't find it. I didn't have to set the printer up originally with a USB cable, so I don't have one...
eprint has also stopped working - and the printer doesn't show up on my iphone... I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers...
I am hoping that someone can help me and I really appreciate it!
