my hp 1025 is not allowing me to get the cartridges for me to replace them. I have tried on numerous occasions to speak to someone about this, but apparently because im not in america i cannot be helped. Im hoping someone on this forum can help me. This is the second laser printer i have bought from my savings for my graphics business and now i have to close shop AGAIN until i can raise money to buy a new one. I am very frustrated, especially to the fact that I was blatantly told by the call center that they can help me but im not from the US. Why put stores in the Caribbean if they cannot be supported.
Someone pls tell me how i can rectify this situation or point me in the direction of someone who can. Thank YOU
