I had a paperjam that I was able to remove, without it ripping, and now I have a repeated Paper Jam message. It doesn't seem to be cancelling the print job either.
Anytime I turn it off (with the button or by unplugging the power cord per the Hard Reset instructions) I get an Improper Shut Down message.
I have cleaned the different rollers as suggested and cannot find any shred of paper anywhere. I really need to get this cleared up ASAP. I've only had this printer for 12 days and I don't want to mess with exchanging it or sending it in for service!
