I have a HP Officejet 6600, just replaced the 932 black cartridge with a 932xl and get the subject error message. I turned it off, unplugged and replugged in the copier turned it back on to the same message. I removed all of the cartridges, reinstalled one by one and have the same error message. I replaced the empty black cartridge and followed all the same steps -still no luck. I downloaded the HP doctor software, everything checks out and get the same print error when it askes to do a test print. Anyone have a suggestion? It's too new to pitch out the window.
