My sister-in-law was getting rid of her HP printer, Office Jet Pro 8600, because her daughter didn't remove the ink cartridges properly. So I took it and I am trying to find an inexpensive way to fix it, if possible. The information I received from them was that she manually moved the cartridges instead of letting them come to her. I have plugged in the printer and it tells me that there is a printing issue. I need to turn the printer off and try again. And if the problem still occurs to contact HP.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,
