I am trying to print on Cd's with my HP C309a but am having issues. First I pull down the CD drawer and insert the CD holder to the green line like i am supposed to. Then I hit the OK button as the screen tells me to. Then the screen says "Now use the software to print". So I go to the software and set up the job and hit print. At this point, A pop up window opens saing the job is finished and do I want to print another job or finish. The problem is the printer doesn't print anythig nor does it try to. The Screen on the printer just says "use software to print" and the job in the queue says printing but nothing happens. Any Advice?
PS I have all the settings set for printing on a CD and the default tray is the CD tray.
