Hello dear gurus. I have a big problems with HP Laser Jet 600 M601 printers
Let me explain the problem.
When a user tries to print any job using HP Laser Jet 600 M601 printer from the client server (TS), his remote desktop session freezes. Only Logging off and on back may help him in this situation. When I print test page from Print Server (on File Server) the printer prints test page with no problem.
I cannot figure out what can be reason?
- I reinstalled drivers on Terminal Servers and on File Server
- Reinstalled Print Server on Terminal Servers
- Updated HP Laser Jet 600 M601 printer's firmware (not all printers, just 10 ranndomly selected to see if problem occurs)
- Restared Prin Spooler on File Server (Print Server, Where all printers stored) and on 5 Terminal Servers. Problem still exits
