My C310 printer won't align. I replaced a couple of ink cartridges and it refuses to align. Also, it won't print anything, other than test/ink level report pages.
I am so frustrated with this printer, it's not funny. It's been nothing but a pain where a pill won't reach. It goes off-line every so often and I have to reload the software. Basically, it's a hunk of junk. This is about the final straw.
Any ideas? Nothing showed up on the HP guided help in the solution center beyond realigning the cartridges, which didn't work and it still won't print.
