HP Envy 110 Consistent Error Message

I am using a MacBook Pro running Mac OS X 10.7.5. My printer is the HP Envy 110 Series, Model # D411c.

Every time I try to print, I'm getting the error message:

"Paper too short. The printer cannot print on paper shorter than 4.9in/12.5 cm. ....."

I am using 8.5" x 11" paper in the paper tray.

When I press OK, the printer spits out 3-4 empty sheets of paper and gives me the same error message.

I have used the Printer Setup, changed the print cartridges, followed the instructions on the HP web site to try to fix this issue with no good results.

Any suggestions? I loved the printer until a few weeks ago when it started acting up.

I'd really like to resolve the issue!
