D2500 printing starts too far down the page

Hi.

I have a Deskjet D2500 running on Windows 7 and all of the documents I am printing are starting too far down the page so missing the bottom off.  I have looked at all of the answers for other printers but can't find one for this one. 

I have checked all of the properties and everything is fine.  This is really urgent as I have a document to print to fill in and post.

Please help.
