Paper jam on HP Officejet 7110

Hi,

When I select A3 format on MAC OS 10.6.8 to print on HP Officejet 7110, the result in the printer is always paper jam.

If paper in the printer is A3 format and I choose in "page setup" to print on the A4, it works well.
