The F380 printer on a USB is the default printer, I also have a Brother printer. i have foolishly upgraded to windows 8.1. Days later I attempt to print for the first time, and the printer silently loses the print job. If I pause the printer in windows I can see the spooled document, but when the pause is released it downloads without result.
Have downloaded the latest updates. HP diagnostics says the printer is fine, and the internal print page works, but the external print (from the computer) does not. Have reinstalled, power cycled, removed and replaced all plugs, etc.
Ideas?
