Error message but still printing!

I have a Deskjet F4500 series all-in-one connected wirelessly to two laptops, both running Windows 8. On one machine, whenever anything is printed I get an error message saying that the document could not be printed due to an error, but it prints anyway! When I look at the print queue, it's full of all the documents previously printed with 'error' against each name.
