I have the HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-one ,

I have a new computer with windows 8 Pro and I download the software from HP site , about few minutes after I turn on the Printer the Small screen change and give me the code B03FCCD2 i TRY TO TURN THE PRINTER OFF BY PRESS the on/pff bottom but do not do any think, I have to disconnect power cable, in some times I have to do this few times before the printer will print.  I use the HPPSDr software most of the time donot work, and other times said that all is OK.

Please any sugestions I will apreciated.
