I have a hp Laser Jet pro CM1415 fnw wireless printer/copier/fax. Before the reset button was pressed on my router, everything worked fine. Now that I had to set up the router, etc. my printer will not print from the computer or my iphone. The iphone shows that it was sent to the printer, but it will not print. I can fax out, but can not receive faxes, and It copies fine. When I enable web services, I get an error message which reads: Internal Processing Error Retry your last selection. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates. I checked for all updates and downloaded what was needed, but I still get this message. I even tried unplugging and turning off the printer, but again, nothing. Can someone help me with this problem?
