Photosmart 6380. Mac Book Pro I'm using 300 gs OS X Lion 10.7.5
Heavier photo paper jams, wont make the turn from feed tray to out tray. I don't see that spec mentioned in the manual. Of course, the paper manufacturer (Staples) says it will work with any printer from Canon, Dell HP, Lexmark, Epson, etc.
I'm using 300 g/sq. m....Anyone know any issues? Can you feed the paper from the back door to avoid the turn over the feed rollers?
