Printer: C410a, running Windows 7.
Been trying for weeks to solve this very frustating problem. Printer works fine for normal printing. Problem when trying to print photos, whether from photo file or memory card. I get the photo all set up, but when I hit the print button, the fax screen comes up. I have never used the fax and is not connected to a phone. Have tried everything I can think of, including uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it, using the installation cd. I will appreciate any ideas on how to correct the problem.
