Was wondering if anyone else had same similar issue with the HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color M251NW Wireless Printer.
Just purchased this printer new and have been getting a black mark about 2 millimeter in size every say 3-4 inches on every sheet that I output, in a row along the left side.
Have already tried the internal printing test sheets and calibration tests the documentation recommends as well as double checked each toner cartridges' green printer roller for any debris or possible damage. Nothing shows up.
Opened up back panel to see if theres damage to the large drum in the back but unfortunately it looks like there isn't a removeable or at least moveable belt drum in the back to inspect?
Anyone know if there is one for this model? Place of purchase is referring me to remove drum and inspect for damage/debris, yet unable to locate any documentation that this is possible on this model?
