We are having trouble with our printing not printing. It was unplugged instead of being shutdown. Since then it keeps stating that it should have been shutdown and not unplugged. It shows an error and will accept print jobs but just keeps showing it is printing and doesn't print.
When cancelled, the cancelling is non stop. It now has to be forced quit by holding down the button.
