Concerns Deskjet Printer 3520e All-in-one
Sometimes, and nowadays nearly always, the printer fails to turn off using the printer power button. It will sit there stating "Shutting down", but if it doesn't do it quickly it will eventually come up with an error message 0X02B7C2ED, SM_MODULE C, at which point the button does work.
The printer is permantly connected both by usb cable, and wireless usually.
I have seen the notes on Hard Reset in other posts, and have done that several times. Pulled out the plug while the printer is is displaying the "Shutting Down" message. I have done this before trying to turn it off, also.
This reset has the effect that the printer loses the wireless connection and I have to reset each time with WPS on the router. In any case the reset only works once.
